Abstract

185,941. Marshall, E. L., and Marshall, S. C. Aug. 26, 1921. Holders with clamping-devices for mops.-A mop forming part of a floor-cleaning device is secured to the handle a by means of a member b<2> which holds the mop strands and is provided with prongs adapted to fit in channels in a socketed member b<1> on the end of the handle, the two members being clamped together by means of of central screw b<3>. Alternatively the ends of the prongs may be screw-threaded to receive clamping nuts.
