Guarding against unauthorized use.-A yoke 15 is placed round the rim of the front wheels and its slotted rear end is secured by a padlock 16 to an horizontal bar 1, which has a plate connection 4 to the running-board, an adjustable connection 6 to the mud-guard, and a rear connection 10 to the chassis.
