Sectional boilers.-A sectional boiler for use in a hot-water heating system is built up of flat vertical sections f having T-shaped water spaces and end sections d having L-shaped water spaces, the spaces being connected by top and bottom passages h, g. Vertical plates k cast on the sections form the inner walls of flues down which the gases pass to an horizontal flue o extending through the sections. Doors p afford access to the vertical flues. The parts q of the end sections between the furnace and flue doors are divided, narrow spaces e being left between the divisions to allow for expansion and coutraction of the sections.
