Hinges.-In a grating of the kind trunnioned in open sockets in the frame and provided with means for impeding its removal, the open ends of the sockets are closed by removable bolts. Fig. III shows a section through one of the trunnion sockets d, the arms a, b of the socket being perforated at a<1>, b<1> for the reception of a bolt j secured by a nut n. The perforation b<1> may be screw-threaded to secure the bolt, or taper bolts may be driven into perforations shaped to correspond.
