Temperature, regulating.-A beat exhaust valve A for an internalcombustion engine is formed with a hollow stem E (and if desired a hollow head) in which is placed a core G of aluminium or other solid substance or alloy of high heat conductivity. The core transfers heat from the head of the valve to the stem, which works in a guide cooled by air, or by water or other liquid in the jacket C.
