Abstract

162,678. Krause, G. A. Nov. 23, 1919. Rotary apparatus; gas-pressure sprayers.-A centrifugal spraying- device consists of a rotating container F,Fig. 2, having a central aperture to which the liquid is fed by a pipe E, and provided at its circumference or at the end of tubular arms K with small spraying- apertures L. The apertures L may be formed by flanged nozzles M retained in position by centrifugal force. The tubular arms K may be radial or curved or shaped as fan-blades. As shown in Fig. 6, open-ended pipes O may be so fitted as to deliver gas to the nozzles to assist in the formation of the spray.
