Abstract

159,650. Headley, F. H. Dec. 9, 1919. Spring devices.-The driver's seat 2 of a motor-cycle &c. is supported by two parallel laminated or leaf springs 1, the rear ends of which are attached to a frame 3 comprising longitudinal members 4 and cross-bars 5 with movable legs 6, by means of which the frame is attached to the carrier of the cycle. In the modification shown, the device is combined with the pillion seat 7 described in Specification 142,208.
