Abstract

Provided in the loading truck at the end of the loading surface are two metering drums (15, 22) which are arranged vertically one above the other and which are driven in the same direction. A switching rake (1) is arranged in front of the lower metering drum (15) and is coupled to a switching device (8, 10). If the pressure of the conveyed crop exceeds the force of the spring (18) exerting load on the switching rake (1), the switching rake (1) and switching lever (8) are pivoted rearwards, the drive being switched off via the connecting rod (10). The loaded crop consequently cannot be pressed against the metering drums (15, 22); a blockage of the metering drums (15, 22) is thus prevented. <IMAGE>
