1537578 Aircraft structures CIBA-GEIGY AG 5 Aug 1977 [2 Sept 1976] 36343/76 Heading B7W A rigid load-bearing structure (e.g. for an aircraft) comprises a first set of faced honeycomb panels 1 having holes 3 through which a second set pass, each panel of the second set 2 having slots into which the first set fit, the two sets being bonded together to form parallepiped spaces and the two open faces of the structure being covered by sheets 7, 8 of thermoset resinimpregnated fibrous material bonded to the external edges of the panels either directly or through capping strips 4, 5.
