1532046 Coating composition CARL-ZEISSSTIFTUNG [trading as JENAER GLASWERK SCHOTT & GEN] 26 Oct 1976 [31 Oct 1975] 44478/76 Heading C1M A composition for coating and passivating silicon semi-conductor components comprises a finely divided glass consisting of having admixed therewith 15-35% (based on the total mixture) of finely divided cordierite. The cordierite is preferably produced by crystallization from an appropriate glass.
