Abstract

1531262 Filters ILLINOIS TOOL WORKS INC 20 Oct 1975 [21 Oct 1974] 42947/75 Heading BID [Also in Division B5] A one-piece plastics injection moulded filter comprises a plurality of rings 12, 14 which together with internal longitudinal ribs 30 define filtration openings, two diametrically opposed strengthening members 16, 18, a head portion which may be provided with four lugs 21-24 (24, not shown) for mounting the filter in a pipe line 36 and a handle, and a base portion 28 provided with an outlet opening and preferably with a groove 29 for holding O-ring seal 29a.
