1523256 Cutters J R WICK 13 June 1977 [25 May 1977] 22119/77 Heading B4W In a cable cutter comprising a fixed handle 14 on which is mounted a fixed jaw 18, a movable handle 15 pivotally connected to the fixed handle 14 and a movable jaw 19 pivotally connected to the fixed jaw 18, movement of the movable jaw is effected by a driving pawl 27 engaging a ratchet 21 on the movable jaw and connected to the movable handle 15 by a pivoted lever 23.
