Abstract
1522639 Spits SEB SA 8 Dec 1975 [13 Dec 1974] 50258/75 Heading A4D [Also in Division F4] A cooking appliance of the type which includes a roasting spit has a cooking chamber 14, and a control unit 10 separated from chamber 14 by an air heat-insulating gap 14. Spacer elements 28 are provided to secure chamber 14 to unit 10. The walls, base and top of the cooking chamber may be detachable. An additional back wall may be provided, spaced from the existing back wall to provide further air insulation. The additional back wall may be either fixed to or hingedly attached to the cooking appliance Fig. 7, (not shown). Radiation shields (40), Fig. 2, (not shown) may also be provided to protect the surface upon which the appliance is placed.
