1515931 Plastics coated with fragrances LEXMAIN Ltd 1 April 1976 [3 Jan 1975] 169/75 Heading B2E [Also in Division B8] A fragrance such as pine or lavender is incorporated in a liquid carrier, e.g. a mixture of nitrocellulose, shellac and polyvinylbutyral and applied to a plastics substrate e.g. by spraying or rotary spreading. Thermoplastic materials, e.g. polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and high and low density polyethylene may be treated, particularly in the form of bags or refuse bin liners.
