1515760 Rubbing-collar seals GOETZEWERKE FRIEDRICH GOETZE AG 31 Dec 1975 [3 Jan 1975] 53339/75 Heading F2B In a rubbing-collar seal having a ring 10, fixed against rotation, which is pressed by a spring 7 against a ring 8 which rotates with a flywheel 3 on a shaft 2, the ring 8 is fixed to the flywheel by foil 11 having adhesive on both sides. The side of the foil to be fixed to the flywheel 3 may be covered with a protective layer when the seal is not assembled in the mechanism. The seal also comprises a housing 6 and a rubber bellows 9. The seal is between the housing 1 and shaft 2 of a pump.
