Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for feeding cattle and sheep which is characterised in that zinc methionate is used as a growth-promoting supplementary feed. The zinc methionate is used for this purpose in doses of 250 to 1,500 ppm based on the total amount of feed concentrate.
