1510679 Pivotal connections FABBRICA ITALIANA MAGNETI MARELLI SpA 4 July 1975 [15 July 1974] 28178/75 Heading E2F A pivotal connection (particularly for connecting rods in a windscreen wiper assembly) comprises two plastics components: a bush 4 adapted to be inserted in an aperture 2, restrained against axial movement between flange 7 and projections 6 and against rotation by a finger 8, and a pin P adapted to locate in the bush and having a groove P' engaged by an edge 4' of the bush; both bush and pin having axially. extending slots 10, 11 at their insertion ends. Both components can be readily removed and the projections 6 are only formed on alternate sections 4b defined by slots 10.
