1510143 Texturing additives from cocoa fruit U DREVICI and N DREVICI 1 April 1975 [9 April 1974] 44127/77 Divided out of 1510142 Addition to 1411738 Headings A2B A2C and A2Q [Also in Division C6] Foods, beverages and tobacco products are improved in texture by the addition of the parenchymatous tissue of the cocoa fruit, or the hydrocolloid derived therefrom. Examples include cigars and cut tobacco reconstituted from dust and pieces, salad dressings and mayonnaise, meat extender, pizza, dessert, cake mix and macaroni.
