Abstract

1505600 Dampening apparatus SMITH RPM CORP 27 May 1976 [2 Oct 1975] 22129/76 Addition to 1473784 Heading B6C In apparatus of the kind disclosed in Parent Specification a flush-out system comprises a bar 112 connected to air cylinders 115 which move the bar 112 so that it pushes and maintains all the output valves open simultaneously, so that bubbles and unwanted particles are driven out of each metering pump. The rods (106) Fig. 3 (not shown) which are pushed by bar 112 are significantly smaller than the chamber (85) Fig. 3 (not shown) to allow liquid to pass from the input valve to the output valve and out continuously.
