Abstract

1503574 Warning lamps SWINTEX Ltd 4 May 1976 [23 April 1975] 16728/75 Heading F4R A hazard warning lamp for mounting on a traffic cone comprises a two-part housing 10, 12 to contain batteries 20 and a lampholder, the upper part 12 having a transparent section 26 and the bottom part 10 having a recess 16 for engagement with the top of the traffic cone. As shown, the housing portions and recess wall have registered apertures 18 which may be aligned with an opening in the traffic cone to receive a locking bolt. The transparent part 26 is screwed in a waterproof fashion to the upper housing part 12. The parts are made of rotationally moulded plastics.
