The blanket of stainless steel or glass fibre coated with P.T.F.E. is pressed against the roller by means of rollers 11. Following printing the textile e.g. a carpet, is enclosed in a wrapper of paper or polythene sheets 14 and passed to the fixing device via nip rolls 15, 16 to remove air bubbles.
