Abstract

1474256 Developing apparatus XEROX CORP 25 July 1974 [26 July 1973] 49990/76 Divided out of 1474255 Heading G2H A migration imaging member 4 is guided along a path adjacent and parallel to a curved liquid support member 26 while developer liquid is flowed on to the concave development surface 28 of the support member 26 through an aperture 27 located close to the edge 30 of the support member 26 at the exit end of the said path. The apparatus is capable of developing migration imaging members at speeds of at least 4 inches per second and is thus suitable for use in camera/processor/projector apparatus at motion picture speeds of about 7 inches per second, producing images free of background material.
