1465730 Storage bunkers; endless conveyers GUTEHOFFNUNGSHUTTE STERKRADE AG 26 July 1974 [27 July 1973] 33056/74 Headings B8E and B8A A conveyer installation for use in mines comprises a bunker 2 whose bottom is formed by a directly-driven conveyer belt 1 to which the rear 4 of the bunker 2 is attached by a coupling 3, one end of the conveyer belt 1 passing about a drive roller 8 while its other end passes about a roller 6, and as the individual compartments of the bunker 2 pass beyond the roller 6 the belt 1 then no longer forms a bottom for such compartments and their contents are discharged on to a belt conveyer 17 which transports them away. The bunker 2 is fed by a belt conveyer 16. The conveyer belt 1 is pre-tensioned by a winch 13.
