Abstract

1463517 Rotary switches EBE ELEKTROBAU-ELEMENTE GmbH 3 Sept 1974 [4 Sept 1973] 38423/74 Heading H1N In a rotary spindle electric switch a rotor plate 6, Fig. 1a, carrying at least one bridging contact 7 has a boss 5 extending through a hole 4 in the contact plate 1 and is fastened axially by an apertured securing member 14, Fig. 2, placed over a flanged end 11, Fig. lb, of the boss having flats 13 and rotated to lock the member 14 behind parts of the flange 11. The rotor plate 6 and boss 5 have a rectangular crosssection aperture 9 for the passage of an actuating shaft 10 and recesses 16 in aperture 15 of the securing member 14 are aligned with the aperture 9 after assembly so that the shaft 10 when inserted locks the member 14 against rotation.
