Abstract

1463008 Two-phase pesticidal composition SOC PROCIDA 11 April 1974 [12 April 1973] 16094/74 Heading A5E A pesticidal composition is made up in two parts. Part A is a powder and comprises some or all of the pesticidally active material and an inert carrier. Part B is a liquid phase comprising water, an oily solvent immiscible wth water one or more emulsifiers and optionally some of the pesticidally active material. The two parts are combined just before use. The active pesticides specified are manganese-1, 2-ethylene-bis-dithiocarbamate; zinc-1, 2-ethylene-bis-dithiocarbamate, 1, 2-bis-(3- methoxycarbonyl-2-thioureido)-benzene, 1, 2- bis-(3-ethoxycarbonyl-2-thioureido)-benzene, 2- (3-methoxycarbonyl-2-thioureido)-aniline; copper sulphate plus lime; copper arsenate plus phenol; cuprous oxide; N-(3, 4-dichlorophenyl)- N'-methoxy-N-methylurea; N-(4-chlorophenyl)- N', N'-dimethylurea; 1-naphthyl-N-methylcarbamate; O, O-dimethyl and S-methyl carbamoyl-methyl-dithiophosphate; Malathion (Registered Trade Mark) and gamma-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6- hexachlorocyclohexane. These formulations are useful against vine mildew, wheat rust phytophtora infestans and cercospora.
