Abstract

1460105 Gas discharge display panels INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP 17 May 1974 [25 June 1973] 22192/74 Heading H1D A gas discharge display panel comprises 4 spaced plates 1, 2, 3, 4 sealed together, the outer plates providing protection. The plates are spaced by members 5 and sealed with glass 6. The spaces between the plates are interconnected by holes 7, 8; alternatively there may be holes in the outer plates or no holes but spaces 9, 11 may be at a different pressure from the inner space. The inner plates carry crossed arrays of conductors of Cr, Cu, Cr layers covered with glass insulation.
