1456501 Television INDEPENDENT BROADCASTING AUTHORITY 14 Nov 1973 [15 Aug 1972] 38074/72 Heading H4F The subject-matter of this Specification is identical with that described in Specification 1,456,502, but claim 1 is directed towards a digital signal circuit supplying as an output digital signals representing a carrier signal amplitude modulated by a video frequency signal, the sampling rate of the digital signals being four times the carrier frequency and the samples corresponding with the positive and negative peaks and the zero transistions of the carrier, and a digital single- or vestigial-side band filter receiving the output from the circuit.
