Abstract

1450622 Trench shoring J KRINGS 4 Jan 1974 [17 Jan 1973] 00352/74 Heading E1E A shoring arrangement for a trench of stepped cross-section comprises a plurality of sets of upper and lower posts 3, 4, upper and lower sheeting walls 5, 6 extending between said posts respectively and spreader devices 7 extending across the trench between transversely aligned pairs of said sets of posts. The posts may be provided with recesses 11, 12 to position the head of the spreader device 7 and the head 13 of the sheeting wall 5, respectively. The upper and lower posts may be welded to-gether or arranged in interlocked sliding engagement with one another for details of which to-gether with other minor details, the Specification and remaining drawings, (not shown), should be referred to.
