Abstract

1444344 Coated hop extract globules WHITE STEVENSON Ltd 24 Oct 1973 [31 July 1972] 35688/72 Heading C6E Globules of hop extract are coated with powdered hop particles. The extract preferably comprises 50 wt. per cent of the product, which may be compressed into cylindrical pellets. The coating may be accomplished by spraying the extract into a stream of powdered hops. The extract may first be warmed to about 60‹C to render it fluid enough to be sprayed.
