Abstract

1443396 Sheet holders UPJOHN CO 8 March 1974 [9 March 1973] 10487/74 Heading B6A A sheet holder which facilitates the filling out of data sheets comprises a flat container having a pair of opposed, flat, parallel, outer walls 11, 12 and a flat, parallel, inner partition wall 13 spaced from the outer walls to define two sheet receiving areas within the container, the latter having only one open end, through which the partition wall projects, this projecting portion having a notch 46 to facilitate sheet removal and the outer walls being provided with apertures 38, 39, 40 and (49)-(54), Fig. 8 (not shown), through which the sheet can be marked. Two sheets may be provided, one being held in each container area and each having marked portions corresponding to the apertures to facilitate registration of the sheets in the holder. The outer walls have indicia, e.g. on pressure sensitive tape, applied adjacent the apertures to indicate the data to be marked through each aperture. The walls may be of metal or plastics held in spaced relationship by a matched strip 17.
