Abstract

1442368 Planographic plate FUJI PHOTO FILM CO Ltd 21 Dec 1973 [25 Dec 1972] 59502/73 Heading G2C An unexposed planographic printing plate comprises a support coated successively with a layer of photo-sensitive material and a layer of a onepackage normal temperature curing silicone rubber, the photo-sensitive layer containing a silane derivative as bonding agent. The support may be of aluminium, iron, copper, zinc, laminated paper, polyester film or cellulose triacetate film. The photo-sensitive material may be a diazo resin, diazonium salt, quinone diazide, azide, polyvinyl cinnamate or a homopolymer or copolymer of cinnamoyl oxyethyl acrylate or methacrylate. A number of silane derivatives are specified.
