1442333 Hat with sweat band ASSOCIATED BRITISH HAT MFRS Ltd 28 Feb 1974 [21 Dec 1972] 59272/72 Heading A3V A hat band comprises an extensible strip 15 attached to the crown by an inextensible band 10, 11 so that the elastic strip 15 can stretch to accommodate a range of head sizes. A reed 13 is provided in a cambric strip 11 and strip 10 may be material with tightly woven selvedges and an open network central portion.
