1441213 Sorbate solutions HOECHST AG 17 Jan 1974 [3 March 1973] 02189/74 Heading C2C Aqueous solutions of alkali metal sorbates are purified and/or stabilized by treating with a surface active carbon derived from coal. Crude or commercial grade sorbates are treated and active carbon with less than 0À3% iron content is preferred.
