Abstract

1440752 Pressurized dispensing packages RT MACGUIRE-COOPER 8 Aug 1973 [8 May 1972 7 Dec 1972] 21331/72 and 56468/72 Heading B8T [Also in Division F1] A method of making a pressurized dispensing package comprises providing a rigid container 1, a valve 3 adapted for mounting in sealing engagement with the container 1 and a collapsible container 2 made from a ductile metal closed at one end and sealed upon the valve 3 at the other and having placed therein the substance to be dispersed. The collapsible container 2 may be filled before or after it is placed inside the rigid container 1. When the filled container 2 is inside the container 1 the latter is charged with propellent gas which passes between the valve 3 and the wall of the container 1 into the interspace 12, the valve 3 is then sealed on to container 1.
