1435897 Continuous slat type chain conveyers BERNARD COLLINS Ltd 28 Aug 1973 [31 Aug 1972] 40434/72 Heading B8A The pivot pin receiving-boss 4 of each link of a conveyer chain, has an elongated hole so as to permit movement of the chain in a curve, the plane of which is parallel to the plane of the load carrying surface of the conveyer. Rods 8 carried by the chain, co-operate with guide surfaces 9, 9, to prevent the chain from lifting on the curves. Similarly they co-operate with surfaces 10, 10, to support the lower run of the conveyer.
