Abstract

1435214 Screen printer AMERICAN SCREEN PRINTING EQUIPMENT CO 18 Oct 1973 [24 Oct 1972] 48613/73 Heading B6C A screen-printing machine comprises a main frame 12, with a work-receiving bed 16, and a second frame 14 which is pivoted on the first frame along a line in the plane of the bed and carries drive means to one side of the line and squeegee carriage supports 21, 21<SP>1</SP> to the other. Arms 59 pivotally mounted on the main frame move squeegee carriage ends 24, 24<SP>1</SP> along the supports, so that pivoted screen 38 is swept by the squeegee. The movements of frame 14, screen 14 and the arms 59 take place in a timed sequence, so that the carriage supports are prevented from creeping along the supports as the screen and carriage supports move upwards.
