Abstract

1431046 Furniture joints FORMICA INTERNATIONAL Ltd 23 July 1973 [24 April 1972] 18815/72 Heading F2M A joint between panels, forming for example the side walls of a drawer, comprises a hollow panel 1 having passages 2, 3, 4 separated by webs 5, 6 and a connector 8 having resilient arm means 9... 13 which is adapted to engage the webs with a snap-action and be locked therein as by ratchet-like projections 12, 13 engaging slots 16, 17 in the webs. The connector 8 is also provided with alignment means 14, 15 and may be somewhat modified for details of which, Fig. 2 (not shown), and the Specification should be referred to.
