1430207 Air-treating gel SECTO CO LTD 24 Oct 1974 [31 Oct 1973] 50552/73 Heading A5E A gel composition for treating air comprises by weight 92 to 95% of an aqueous medium, 2.30 to 2.75% potassium carrageenate, 0.23- 2.0% silica, 0.04 to 0.15% 3, 5, 5-trimethylhexanal and 3-5% of a volatile active ingredient. Preferably the active ingredient is a deodorant, an insecticide or a perfume. Additional ingredients include a fungicide, dyestuff, surfactant and/or preservative.
