Abstract

1428462 Sampling liquid INSTRUMENTATION SPECIALTIES CO 13 March 1973 [4 April 1972] 3659/75 Divided out of 1428461 Heading B8N The disclosure is identical with that of the parent Specification 1,428,461 but the claims are directed to a sample collector comprising a substantially cylindrical casing of a sufficiently small size to fit through a manhole, a harness 28, Fig. 1, attached to the casing to lower the casing through a manhole, a bottle holding compartment 42, Fig. 2, near the bottom of the casing, and a fluid pumping and distributing system in the upper part of the casing to deposit samples into bottles 44, 46 in the compartment 42 in use.
