Abstract

1419950 Rotary buildings TUP (PANAMA) SA 11 Jan 1973 [28 Jan 1972] 4018/72 Heading E1A A rotary building such as a restaurant comprises a panoramic service dome 1 rotatably mounted on a central shaft fixed in the ground, the shaft being surrounded by a wall 9 which may, if desired, rotate with the dome 1. Access to the dome 1 is by way of a lift or a helical staircase which may be fixed to the shaft or to the wall for rotation therewith. The roof 5 is provided with lights 7 and the dome 1 provided with a service area 2, counter 3 and stools 5. For numerous minor details involving service facilities, layouts, garage space, drainage, ventilation and arrangement of bearings the Specification and remaining drawings, (not shown), should be referred to.
