Abstract
1417050 Temperature control of catalytic endothermic reaction DEGGENDORFER WERFT UND EISENBAU GmbH 4 May 1973 [21 June 1972] 21280/73 Heading B1F Heat for a gaseous endothermic catalytic reaction in the catalyst tubes of annular tube bundle 4 is provided by heat exchange medium flowing upwardly over the tubes, the medium getting its heat by passing down the space surrounding tubes 24, through which tubes flow hot gases from combustion chamber 20 or pass electrical heater rods (31, Fig. 4, not shown).
