Abstract

1416551 Removable lock panel for cabinets CHAMPION PAPER CO Ltd 17 Nov 1972 [22 Nov 1971] 53129/72 Heading E2A A removable lock panel for cabinets for co-operation with the bolt of a lock on a drawer 6 comprises a panel member 25 a detent 27 mounted in an edge member 26 for the panel member 25 so that on mounting the panel in the cabinet the detent cooperates with a guide in the cabinet. The arrangement is such that with the drawer 6 of the cabinet locked to the lock panel the detent is inaccessible. As shown the detent 27 comprises a substantially Z-shaped spring a stop 'tab 41 of which co-operates with a vertical portion 21 of a guide 18A to hold the panel in position. The edge members 26 are provided to fill the space between two adjacent guides of the cabinet.
