Abstract

1416212 Hydraulic control circuits HARNISCHFEGER CORP 26 July 1973 [14 Aug 1972] 35567/73 Heading F1P Rams 16, 17, Fig. 2, which luff the jib of a mobile crane, Fig. 1, (not shown), have holding valves 36, 37 which hold the rams in extended position and are opened by pilot pressure from a separate pump 38 when a luffing control lever 81 moves a valve spool 82 from a "neutral" position to a "lower" position. A valve 40 controls the pilot pressure supply to valves 36, 37 and the spool 80 of valve 40 is mechanically connected to the spool 82 and lever 81, Fig. 3, (not shown). Pump 38 also supplies-winch brakevalves 42, 43.
