1412202 α- and #-Glycoproteins; purification ROUSSEL UCLAF 15 Feb 1973 [15 Feb 1972] 7530/73 Addition to 1317027 Heading C3H [Also in Division A5] An improvement on the process of Specification 1,317,027 wherein the slow α- and #-glycoproteins obtained therein are purified by selective diafiltration in an aqueous medium in one or more stages to obtain a glycoprotein enriched fraction and then chromatography thereof on a hydrophilic polymeric gel.
