Abstract

1405845 Cleaning pad M T DEVELOPMENTS (LANCASHIRE) Ltd 5 Feb 1974 [20 Jan 1973] 3069/73 Heading A4F A device, particularly for cleaning blackboards and slates, comprises a pad 12 of felt like non- woven fibrous material and a handgrip 10 e.g. of wood, metal or plastics, wherein the pad 12 and handgrip 10 are formed with joint forming cooperating faces 14, 11 removably securing the pad 12 to the handgrip 10. The co-operating faces may form a dovetail, T-section or part circular section joint. The female joint part may be formed on the handgrip, as shown, or on the pad.
