Abstract

1400613 Joining panels or framing members C A GEORGES 13 June 1972 [30 June 1971] 27581/72 Heading E1W [Also in Division F2] Framework elements for partitions are joined by a resilient strip or series of clips 4 which engage in a recess cojointly formed between two abutting elements 1, 2. Resilient flanges 14, 15, 16 and 17 on the strip 4 cooperate with recesses 11 and ribs 12 to provide a snap fitting arrangement. A groove 18 may be provided in the strip for insertion of a tool to effect its removal.
