1399883 Earth-working equipinent D MACMILLAN 5 July 1973 [8 April 1972] 16330/72 Heading E1F A bucket, 14, and scraper, 12, device for a attachment to a tractor front lift device 1 comprises a first frame 2 adjustable by a ram 5 about a horizontal pivot 8 and carrying the scraper 12 at its lower end, a second frame 7 pivoted to the first frame about a horizontal axis 9 and comprising telescopically arranged members 11, and a hydraulic ram 19 for both pivoting the bucket 14 about axis 15 and swinging the second frame down so that the bucket can cooperate with the scraper. Chains 20 prevent the second frame from pivoting downwardly too far but these can be replaced by a system of stops. The ram 5 may be replaced by an adjustable linkage, and two sets of side by side members 11 may be employed. Side members 13 are provided on the scraper 12 and the device is particularly suitable for slurry collection.
