Abstract

1399148 Air conditioning units RIELLO CONDIZIONATORI SAS DI GIORDANO RIELLO & CO 5 Dec 1972 [11 Dec 1971] 55989/72 Heading F4V [Also in Division B1] An air conditioning unit comprises a heat exchanger having tubes 21 supplied with heated or cold water, a fan for directing air through the heat exchanger and a humidifying device including a perforated water delivery tube 10 mounted parallel to and amongst the tubes 21. The tube 10 is received in apertures in heat exchange fins 22 mounted on tubes 21. The water supply duct to the tube 10 includes an electromagnetic valve (12, Fig. 1) and a pressure reducing device in the form of a coiled capillary tube of predetermined cross-sectional area and length.
