Abstract

1396613 Trailer vehicle brakes FABBRICA ITALIANA MAGNETI MARELLI SpA 8 May 1972 [7 May 1971] 21343/72 Heading F2F The invention relates to a modification of the valve assembly disclosed in Specification 943,641. In the modification the valve 9 of the above mentioned Specification is replaced by a valve in the conduit 11 and the chamber 19 is connected to the chamber housing the valve member 15 by a conduit. In use with the construction of the present Specification, the trailer reservoir may be filled and the trailer brakes operated by pressurized fluid being supplied to an inlet of the valve assembly. The trailer brakes cannot be applied when the tractor is disconnected therefrom.
