Abstract

1395072 Cattle stall floors SEMPERIT AG 18 Aug 1972 [24 Aug 1971] 38528/72 Heading AIM [Also in Division E1] A floor of a cattle stall comprises a resilient rubber or plastics strip 2' arched on its upper surface and having longitudinally extending cavities 4a, 4b and downward projections 5 on its lower side retentively engaged in a substructure 1a which may form a monolithic floor, Fig. 3 (not shown) or a beam. The cavities 4a, 4b are elongate when viewed in transverse cross-section. A plurality of parallel, spaced beams may be arranged over a duct 17 for receiving cattle faeces. The cavities 4a, 4b may be closed at their ends by a part 11 of the beam or by plates adhered thereto. Each strip may have a central depression, Figure 1 (not shown).
